Raw Alpine Honey 500g

This honey has been gathered from alpine flowers which means hives above 600m elevation in Golden Bay NZ and distant from horticulture.  This creates a honey with a unique taste and flavour that is smooth and sweet on the palate.

Raw honey is honey as it exists in the beehive.  This has been filtered but not pasteurized, so the beneficial compounds, yeasts and pollens remain active in the honey.
